EDHEROES FORUM

How to teach children to be ready for uncertainty? How to reduce stress from the educational process?
33611 viewers from 167 countries•33611 viewers from 167 countries
The pandemic has shown that the family has become the main platform for a child's education and upbringing to take place. It turned out that everyone connected with education — parents, teachers, children, specialists, and edupreneurs — had to respond to unprecedented challenges.

In response to global uncertainties, education has to be aligned with family interests. The key mission is to support families around the world on the path to success and well-being by providing them with access to qualitative education.

We encourage the educational ecosystem to focus on the needs of the family, which stem from the mission of the family - to raise a competent individual, a citizen who can create, love and choose.

During the pandemic, it seemed like the ground was slipping away beneath us. We were unprepared for the situation. Everyone connected with education — parents, teachers, children, specialists, and edupreneurs — had to respond to unprecedented challenges. We felt like we couldn't cope and couldn't meet the demands and challenges we were facing.

Now the worst is behind us, we can look back and say that we did a great job, and that we did cope — we acted in conditions for which there were no ready-made answers or solutions. We took on new roles, functions, and responsibility, and we unlocked new possibilities within ourselves. For all of us, this has been a situation that strengthened us and led to development and growth. It is time to look back on this experience in amazement at how much we achieved and how much we learned. Tell me: what have you learned?

For me, the main piece of news from this last year was the reduction in the quality of life for families around the world. I felt compelled to open the RYBAKOV PLAYSCHOOL day-care centers and schools. It is our aim that our schools will be the best partners for families so that they can improve their quality of life and family security.

The COVID-19 pandemic and resulting situation was the inspiration behind this project. During this time, the greatest burden lay squarely on the family, while businesses, the authorities, and social organizations were unable to provide support.

Visit the EDHEROES forum and learn more about the RYBAKOV PLAYSCHOOL — a leader in the field of educational solutions for the family!

Program Program Program Program
The pandemic has raised some barriers and broken down others. The family has become the main platform for a child's education and upbringing to take place. Parents, teachers, and kids – each one of you is a hero! After all, you have coped with tasks that had no ready-made solutions, learned new things, taught yourselves, and supported one another! Together with our speakers, we are going to look at the experience we have gained and highlight the most salient points.

Description:
Universities have an important role in supporting their surrounding communities and the institutions offering previous levels of education. Nevertheless, most of their attention tends to focus mainly on their teaching and research work. The pandemic has demonstrated the need and benefits of universities connecting and collaborating with elementary and secondary schools to continue school activities and support students, their families, and the communities. COVID-19 also exacerbated the hurdles that youth experiences in modern life. Therefore, a higher education system can help young people cope with those pressures and research the very nature of the changing individual and societal dynamic. The session will discuss key lessons learned and recommendations for action.
